CANCELATION, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

* Due to the custom nature of my items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is a gross error on MY part, in which case, I will request the product be sent back for inspection and it will be either fixed or replaced.

* Cancellations must be completed SAME DAY as initial order or they will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
